oe24 opts for the Digital Order Management System goTom
oe24 now relies on the CRM and Order Management System goTom from Zurich for digital marketing.
From January 2019, oe24 will be working with the software of the Swiss provider. Christopher Sima, Managing Director at oe24: “goTom impressed us right from the start. Integration into existing technology infrastructure
goTom works as a “cockpit” within a marketing organization. All relevant adservers, SSP and ERP systems are integrated into goTom. oe24 uses all modules of the Swiss Ad Tech Company. With regard to interface management, goTom was able to convince with the connection to Adition in the adserver area and to SAP for the commercial area. From customer administration, quotation preparation and inventory management to invoicing, everything is handled on the same interface. The campaign data is stored centrally in one place and sales teams retrieve sales data and targets at the push of a button on a dashboard. Campaign management now transmits campaigns fully automatically to the adserver with one click and sends reports and invoices directly from the order management system.
The goTom team supported us very well with the setup. The implementation was absolutely smoothly, especially regarding the connection to our existing systems.
