krone.at decides in favour of goTom to manage their digital marketing

krone.at starts this summer with the cloud solution from goTom. The Swiss company offers a specialized platform with a CRM system, supplemented by modules for controlling and handling digital campaigns. The SaaS solution accompanies the entire process from the preparation of offers to invoicing and the transfer of all financial data to ERP systems.
goTom can be easily integrated into existing technical infrastructures – including third-party systems. The software has all relevant interfaces to AdServers, ERP systems such as SAP or CRM systems such as Salesforce. This also benefits krone.at, as the roll-out of goTom can be implemented much faster.
The detailed offer preparation, disposition and invoicing including the automated document dispatch is then taken over by the systems of goTom. With this uniform workflow on a single interface, the entire marketing process can be controlled significantly better.
