Markus Wiegand and his team surveyed 163 media professionals in the DACH region for this purpose and created a ranking that depicts the best providers and service providers in various categories. The list includes 54 tools across 12 categories: For example, payment service providers, messenger, automation, analytics or even marketing/marketing.

goTom was rated best by the community in the marketing/marketing category and is one of the tools with the most mentions or ratings across all categories.
