Austria’s leading premium marketer Austria.com/plus is now working with goTom

Austria.com/plus offers advertising clients a national reach of 62.1% and approximately 9.01 million unique clients (according to ÖWA 07/2023). Their marketing portfolio includes platforms such as VOL.AT, VIENNA.AT, noen.at, bvz.at, TT.com, tvheute.at, wienerboerse.at, SN.at, nachrichten.at, bergfex.at, and the Austrian traffic from zeit.de, wirtschaftswoche.de, handelsblatt.com, sueddeutsche.de, FAZ.net, and NZZ.ch.

The marketer from Vienna, which belongs to the Vorarlberg media company Russmedia, relies on goTom’s complete software suite. They utilize all services of the SaaS platform, from CRM, proposal generation, order processing to client billing. Integration with Google Ad Manager and SAP ensures that campaign and invoice data are automated and transmitted to the backend systems.

The integration phase followed a conceptual phase in which the specific requirements for the new order and campaign management solution and interfaces were specified. During this phase, the functionalities of goTom were extensively tested.

goTom is the tailored software solution for our day-to-day business. Already during the testing phase, we found that we could significantly simplify our processes with it. We were also impressed by the competence of the team with whom we jointly managed the integration in record time.
