Head of Sales DACH
As a member of the management team you are responsible for the strategy and the setup of the sales organisation of goTom. You acquire new customers in the DACH region and you manage existing customer relationships. Part of your tasks is to draw up customized offers and presentations as well as supporting marketing topics. Taking part in industry and customer events and representing goTom complete this interesting position. In collaboration with product management and engineering you reach company and growth targets. Additionally you keep up with the market development in different countries, you identify market chances and expand the existing network. You also promote existing products and solutions. Due to your convincing performance tasks, competencies and responsibilities will be expanded and you help shaping the strategic orientation of the company and future success will be shared.
- Completed basic education (professional apprenticeship and/or university degree) as well as profound sales and/or consulting experience
- A good publisher and marketing network in the DACH area (advantage)
- A personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Motivation, technical understanding and strong customer orientation
- Start-Up work experience (advantage)
- Fluent in German and English
